The board that fits you.
Volume floats you, width steadies you, length tracks you. Slide in your weight, pick your style, and get a starting size in seconds.
A starting point based on common industry sizing (roughly 2–2.5 L of volume per kg for beginners). Always check the manufacturer's rider-weight range.

Marshall Law.
Marshall McClure has spent a lifetime on the water, and he's our toughest tester. Gear that earns the Marshall Law stamp has been out on real water with him — and passed his four rules.
- It has to work wet.
Soaked, sandy, sun-baked and still doing its job — or it doesn’t make the cut.
- It has to rig fast.
If it takes longer to set up than to use, it stays on the shore.
- It has to earn its price.
Fair money for gear that lasts seasons, not weekends.
- It has to make the next trip better.
Safer, drier, more fish, more fun. One of those, at minimum.

Slide to your water temp.
Neoprene thickness is the difference between a two-hour session and a 20-minute shiver. Drag the slider to the water temperature and see exactly what to wear.

Start with our SUP Size Calculator — it uses your weight, experience and paddling style to suggest length, width and volume. Then check the board's listed rider-weight range.
What wetsuit thickness do I need?
It depends mostly on water temperature. Our Wetsuit Temperature Guide shows the thickness and accessories for any temperature.
Are your life jackets Coast Guard approved?
